As an industry we love to talk for a living, but we don't talk to each other that much and the pandemic has taught us about the importance of communication and community. We've created AgentsOnly as a space for agents to communicate with eachother either privately one to one or in a forum or groups, in order to encourage the sharing of knowledge, opportunities and skills as well as increase collaboration not only between colleagues but also between businesses.

Agentson.ly is a professional community run on slack for real estate agents in the UK. Our objective is to encourage & improve communication between agents in order to: - Assist with deal making & deal progression - Provide an alternative solution to the off market vs client requirement emails. - Encourage collaboration & referrals between agents - Build trust between agents and agencies - Improve communication between seller / buyer & landlord / tenant representatives - Speed up transaction timescales - Share knowledge & best practice - Develop a representative voice for the industry.

Agentson.ly is currently open to independent Sales Agents, Lettings Agents, Buyers Agents, Relocation Agents and Commercial agents and select support staff. Members may only join with their professional email address. Members may not join using a public email provider (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, outlook etc).

Agentson.ly is not open to the general public, neither is it open to private or corporate landlords, developers or others who buy or rent their own properties or those of a related individual or corporate entity.

The application process is straight forward. If you have been invited by a member of our affiliate network, they you can join without application. If however you wish to simply sign up, head over to the join us page and fill out the form. We will check the information you supply against publicly available data and if it checks out we will sent you an invitation.

Whatsapp is a social tool which is linked to facebook, it can also become unmanagable especially for large groups and communities. Facebook is full of distractions and doesnt encorage professional conversation. AgentsOnly will utilise pre exsisting business focused technology which many agents are already utilising in their day job. Agents will be able to set their preferences to suit their use of the system and to ensure they only get notified about relevant messages and opportunities.

Early adopters have been invited by a trusted group of affiliates. However as we grow, the wider community will have to apply for access to the nework by providing their details and will be required to provide their current work email address, linkedin profile and mobile number. There will be no annonymous users.

Applications are typically approved within 24hrs. We will let you know if we require further information from you or if your application is delayed.

Yes. Your linkedin profile provides us with a snapshot of your employment history and should confirm your current employment status within the property industry. If you do not have a linkedin profile we highly recomend you set one up, it's a great tool for business.

No. Unfortunately we only send access to professional email addresses. The reason we do this is to ensure that the community is used only by professionals within the property sector. If you apply using a public email provider your application will be rejected. If you join using a public email provider we will revoke your membership and subscription.

No. Agentson.ly is a professional community and does not allow anonymous users, as such you should conduct yourself within the community as if you are engaging with others face to face. Users found to be impersonating another individual, real or fictitious, will be removed from the community.

We will write to you outlining why we have rejected your application. You are of course entitled to apply again.

Agentson.ly is the creation of Rupert Collingwood, a long time property entreprenure. Having started in the industry in 2005 Rupert has built a number of successful enterprises related to the residential property market including The London Management Company and The London Broker. Whilst Rupert maintains the platform for now, as the platform grows in numbers and coverage the team will expand to include moderators as well as a board of representative voices from the industry. Agentson.ly is free for 1 month after which the monthly subscription is just £25 per month per user. We also offer a £250 anual subscription option.

The subscription you start with, will be the subscription you pay for the length of your membership. We will not increase your fees. The aim of agentson.ly is to be a community and platform that all agents across the country (and beyond) can use. For this reason it is our intention to ensure that the monthly cost remains managable irespective of where you and and which market you service. NB: If you terminate your subscription but then return at a later date we cannot guarantee that the subscription fee will remain the same.

We will not be able to moderate 1 to `1 private messages however we utilise some pretty cool software to asist with moderation. In addition users can report inapproprate posts. As a professional networking forum and by preventing annonymous users we hope to discourage discourtious and rude behaviour. All members will be required to adhear to the rules of the network and those found to be breaching those rules will be removed swiftly.

AgentsOnly has been created as a professional space in order to benefit those working within estate agency and associated businesses in the UK. It is not a social media platform, as such please do not post commentary as if it is. If you want to have an argument, use twitter, if you want to post cat pics use Instagram. Please remember that if you are posting to a public channel everyone will be able to see what you write. Remember not everyone will agree with you or “get” your sense of humor.

No. The information provided within this service is provided to members only in return for the membership subscription paid to agentson.ly. Members found to be relaying information to 3rd parties who would otherwise qualify as members themselves will be suspended from the system and repeat offenders will be removed altogether. Members found to be sharing login information in an attempt to avoid paying additional subscription fees will also be suspended from the system and repeat offenders will be removed from the system. (We don't charge much and it's a legitimate business expense, so don't be cheap!)

At the moment our focus is on providing the residential market with some tools and services to solve issues that we are aware of. However commercial agents are welcome to join.

Yes, you can create your own private locked group. However if you're keen to set up your own company focused workspace feel free to reach out and we can tell you all about how to go about it.
